It is more easy, practical and convenient considering the cutting blade, saw and the cutting with flame. The cutting discs are produced with and without reinforcements. The weight level of the cutting operation determines the reinforcement need.. None Strengthen Cutter Stones These kinds of cutting discs are only used in the cutting machine. The cutting discs in the cutting machines are determined securely, they have protective tools.. Strengthen Cutter Stones The special solidity provided materials and fiberglass are used to strengthen the cutting discs. The purpose of the strengthen is to provide the blocking of breaking with the affect of the elastic forces caused by the side pressure and working in high peripheral speeds because of the endurance to the higher centrifugal forces. All the portable cutting machines, pendules and manual cutters require the usage of reinforced cutting discs. The cutting discs are the flat discs between 75 mm. and 500 mm. diameters. The thicknesses change according to the disc’s dimension, the grit size and the structure but the thickness can be maximum 6 mm.
