The fibre discs are manufactured from 115 mm to 180 mm.as standard products in 3 different grit types.They are ideal as they are providing good surface quality.Thanks to its flexibility and durability,you can use Karbosan fibre discs on portable grinding machines.It is most commonly used in automotive industry,production of steel,metals and shipbuilding industry.The grit depends on the requested surface quality.
A TYPE (A/O) ALUMINUM OXIDE:
It is used to remove thin metal burrs and welding parts where good surface quality is required.
C TYPE (SiC) SILICON CARBIDE :
C type Karbosan fibre disc is manufactured with silicon carbide abrasive.They are used in construction industry, for the cleaning of marble or mosaic floors,glass and non-ferrous metals.
ZR TYPE (Z/A) ZIRCONIA ALUMINA :
This type of fiber disc is used in alloyed or unalloyed,stainless steel,non-ferrous refractory metals.
